V12 review Malaysia: e-wallet banking and stated 24/7 live chat
PartnerV12 is part of a commercial partner network of Trustify. This is an editorial review written from V12's public pages, not from hands-on play. Partner status does not enter TrustScore or the facts score. The opening list order is disclosed separately as editorial, not a player rating.
V12's pages list Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, five named local banks, GrabPay, Boost and USDT. They advertise withdrawals in 3 to 5 minutes, though its wallet guide says up to a few hours, and say live chat runs 24/7 in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The trade-off: none of the V12 pages we read names a licence or operating company, and some of its figures disagree.
This V12 review covers V12BET Malaysia, the site at v12my.com that calls itself V12MY. It is the V12 online casino Malaysia site the brand hub v12bet.com sends Malaysian visitors to. According to its home page, one wallet covers slots, live dealer, sportsbook and 4D. This is not a hands-on test. Everything below comes from V12's public pages, checked on 11 Sep 2026. Where its figures conflict, we show both.
What you can play
V12 lists six areas: slots, live casino, sportsbook, 4D lottery, fishing games and esports betting. For slots, the site names Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Joker, Habanero and Playtech, plus Mega888 and 918Kiss. Its hot-games lobby also shows CROCO and COSMO titles.
The home page states 'Every Title Is Mobile-Ready — No App Download Needed'. The app page offers a web app (PWA) to install on your phone. No APK or App Store listing is stated.
Deposits and withdrawals
Banking is the most detailed part of V12's pages. They list Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, GrabPay and Boost, direct transfer from Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, bank transfer, ATM or CDM, and USDT. We have not tested them; check the cashier for what is live for you.
For a V12 withdrawal, its Online Casino Malaysia guide lists '3-5 Min' for bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and DuitNow, and '5-15 Min' for USDT. The wallet guide says 'within minutes to a few hours'. Minimums conflict: RM10 to deposit in the cashier, RM30 in its guides and e-wallet casino FAQ; RM30 to withdraw in the text, RM50 in the cashier. Several gateway remarks state 'Deposit Below RM30 Max Withdraw 600'. The home page claims zero processing fees, but the telco reload-PIN option states 'Withdrawal fees 30%'.
Bonus and wagering
The headline offer on V12's promotions page is a 50% first-deposit welcome bonus, up to MYR 500. The stated terms: minimum deposit MYR 30, minimum turnover X2, one claim only, and slot games only. Live games, sports, lottery, fishing and 'monkey' games are excluded.
One conflict to know about. The home page text mentions 'A Welcome Bonus Of Up To 100%', which does not match the promotions page. The promotions pop-up lists the detailed terms, so read them before you deposit, and ask live chat which figure applies to you.
Support and languages
V12's home page states 'Live Chat Is Staffed Every Hour Of Every Day In English And Bahasa Malaysia', and its casino guide repeats 24/7 live chat. The site is offered in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese. There is also a complaints page, 'ADUAN / MAKLUM BALAS', on v12betmy.net.
Other channels are thin. Email is not stated on its site. The site settings list no WhatsApp number, and the side-menu Telegram button points to a placeholder link, not a real group. The home page says support can set deposit limits or pause your account, and that the site is strictly 18+.
Licence and what it means
None of the V12 pages we read, including the home page, footer, promotions page and its page about Malaysian law, names a regulator, a licence number or an operating company. So Trustify lists its licence as unverified. The footer carries certification logos for iTech Labs, BMM, iovation and 'TST Verified'. Those are not a gambling licence. We have not checked whether these firms certified V12 or its games, so the logos are not evidence of game testing.
Malaysia has no licensing regime for online casinos, so every operator listed here is offshore or unlicensed. With no named company or regulator, there is no stated body to take a complaint to if support cannot settle it.
Who this suits
V12 suits you if you bank through Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX or a local bank and want slots, live casino, sportsbook and 4D in one wallet. If you mostly play slots, note the welcome bonus: slots only, with a stated minimum turnover of X2.
It suits you less if a named licence and company matter to you, or if you want email or WhatsApp support. Before you deposit, confirm the minimums and bonus in the cashier or with live chat. Play only with money you can afford to lose. 18+.
What's good
Lists Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, GrabPay, Boost, five named local banks and USDT.
Advertises '3-5 Min' withdrawals for bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and DuitNow.
Home page states live chat is staffed 24/7 in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Welcome bonus terms state 50% up to MYR 500 with minimum turnover X2.
Best for: Malaysian slot and sports players who bank through e-wallets, DuitNow or FPX and can accept no named licence.

Happy with FPX online banking withdrawals
Good experience with V12 overall, with one or two small things to note. Knowing there is a PAGCOR (Philippines) licence listed gives me some peace of mind. One withdrawal took the full 2–6 hours window instead of arriving early like the others. Recommended, with the small caveats above.

Fast payouts and helpful 24/7 live chat
Been using V12 mostly for slots since early this year. The slots section has sensible minimum stakes for casual players. Verification took one round of documents and after that every payout has been 2–6 hours. Will keep playing here.

Withdrawal via Touch 'n Go eWallet landed within 2–6 hours
I have been playing fishing games on V12 for a few months now and it has been consistently good. The slots lobby loads fast even on mobile data. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet are credited instantly, no screenshots or waiting for an agent. Confirm will continue playing here lah. Highly recommended.

Refused to pay my winnings
Deposited via Touch 'n Go eWallet, won, and then the problems started. Email support left me on read for two days. Sudah tanya CS banyak kali, jawapan sama saja. Avoid.

Not worth the 150% up to RM388 bonus
Deposited through Boost without a problem; getting money back out was another story. Messages to email went unanswered for most of a day. The slots games froze mid-round more than once and the bets were not refunded. I will be taking my balance elsewhere.

Bonus terms need reading twice
Deposited RM10 via Boost to try it out and I am still undecided. Games lag a little during peak hours on weekends. They list a PAGCOR (Philippines) licence but the service does not live up to it. Boleh lah, tapi bonus terms kena baca betul-betul. Three stars for now; will update if things improve.

Good experience overall
Three months in, the fishing games side is strong and payouts have been fine. The 150% up to RM388 welcome bonus was straightforward and the 30x turnover on bonus requirement was clearly explained before I opted in. The game lobby could use better filters; finding a specific title takes a while. Four stars; fix the small things and it is a five.

Not worth the 150% up to RM388 bonus
The fishing games games are fine but everything around them is frustrating. Withdrawals are the weak point: the site says 2–6 hours, but mine sat in 'processing' for days until I chased 24/7 live chat. Two stars only because the games themselves work.

V12 is now my main site and here is why. The 150% up to RM388 welcome bonus was straightforward and the 30x turnover on bonus requirement was clearly explained before I opted in. Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet have arrived within 2–6 hours every time, which matches what they advertise. Highly recommended.

Two weeks to get my money out
Disappointing, especially given how V12 markets itself. My Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawal took far longer than the 2–6 hours they advertise — over a week in my case. Plenty of better options out there.

Good experience with V12 overall, with one or two small things to note. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet are credited instantly, no screenshots or waiting for an agent. The 30x turnover on bonus turnover is a bit steep if you only play low stakes. Would recommend to friends.

Bonus terms are a trap
I am writing this so other Malaysian players do not make the same mistake with V12. Every time I contacted 24/7 live chat I got a different agent and had to start from scratch. Reporting this so others are warned.
